RISE — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

RISE (listed on the App Store as RISE: Journal and Planner) is a local-only daily planner. This policy is short because the app is simple: we do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your data. Ever.

What the app stores

Everything you create in RISE — journal entries and highlights, routines, tasks, goals, settings, and preferences — is stored only on your device. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. The only network connections it makes are to Apple’s own App Store (StoreKit) services, used solely to load, process, and verify the Rise subscription — none of your content is ever involved.

Subscriptions

The Rise subscription is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or handle your payment information. Apple’s handling of your purchase is covered by Apple’s own privacy policy. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your device’s Settings.

Deleting your data

Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app deletes all of its data. There is nothing to delete anywhere else.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s behavior ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change.
